1st Day of 2nd Grade

Today was Kanin's 1st day of 2nd grade.  Each year on the 1st day of school I always try to make a breakfast smiley face.  This year Kanin got 2 candles for 2nd grade.

Getting ready to walk in to school.  I did great this year--not tears!  I think it was because Kanin was so excited.  We saw some of his friends out front before the bell rang and he couldn't wait to go over and say hi to them.
