Back-to-School Shopping

It is that time of year for Back-to-School shopping.  Have you completed yours yet?   Last week we went and got all of Kanin's school supplies but I haven't bought him any clothes yet.  I remember when I was growing up my mom and dad went out and bought tons of new school clothes to start off the year.  With Kanin, though, I have changed that tradition.  It is still so hot when he starts school that he needs to wear shorts and short-sleeved shirts for the first couple of months.  And, since he is growing so fast, if I buy a ton of new shorts and shirts in the fall for school then they will be too little in the spring when the weather turns again so I usually just go straight into buying fall/winter clothes at Back-to-School time.

Any kind of shopping is a handful with 3 kids so last year I did all of my Back-to-School clothes shopping on-line.  I've noticed that a lot of stores offer better savings on-line than in-store shopping.   Today I found Bealls.  Bealls has all kinds of clothes, backpacks, and uniforms for Back-to-School.  Bealls also has swimwear, women's, men's, jewelry, accessories, etc.  There are some really cute things on this site and most of them are discounted.

Kanin is really into sports and likes to either wear team jerseys or sports-inspired t-shirts.  These baseball t-shirts are only $5.99 (reg $14.00).
