Focusing on the world of fashion and design, The Fashion Show: Ultimate Collection is a reality TV program on the Bravo network where contestants compete against one another each week to produce the chicest clothes imaginable. In true reality game show form, there are added elements including time restrictions, limited or must use materials and some sort of design theme. At the end of each episode their designs are judged resulting in one or more of the contestants being eliminated. This season they added another standard element by breaking off the contestants into two team Survivor style. Basically it has all the standard elements that make reality TV game shows fun with the added element of one of my favorite things, fashion. I was already a reality TV show junkie and as soon as I found out about this show I knew I'd have to tune in on satellite TV from TVbyDirect.com.
Set in New York City, the show is currently being hosted by former model Iman and fashion designer Isaac Mizrahi who is best known in the fashion industry for his work while he was the creative director of Liz Claiborne. Mizrahi is your typical flamboyant fashion designer while Iman's personality is that of your typical supermodel. Suffice it to say that their personalities are what you'd typically expect on a fashion centric reality TV show panel.
